Scholarship Program
For high school seniors who demonstrate academic excellence and community engagement
The purpose of the Seasons Federal Credit Union Scholarship program is to recognize academic excellence and community support provided by our young members. Recognizing that these individuals are the key to our future, the leadership of the credit union has established this scholarship program to demonstrate their belief in our young people’s potential. We believe that, just as we honor the legacy of our past, we also have a responsibility to invest in our future.
We're pleased to offer the following scholarships for members who are graduating high school seniors:
The Seasons FCU Community Scholarship for $1,000
Awarded to a well-rounded student who has an excellent mix of strong academics, community service, and extra-curricular participation.
The Dragon's Vault Scholarship for $1,000
Awarded to a well-rounded student at Middletown High School who has an excellent mix of strong academics, community service, and extra-curricular participation.
The Jean Crook Memorial Scholarship for $1,000
Awarded to a well-rounded student who has been affected by a challenging experience that has shaped or changed their life.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Be a Member of Seasons Federal Credit Union, applicant needs their own member account;
- Be a college-bound senior in high school;
- Complete the application, essay, and include materials;
- Be accepted as an incoming freshman at an accredited college, junior college or university.
Guidelines:
All scholarship applicants must use the current 2024 Seasons FCU Scholarship Application in order to be considered for a scholarship. The application is a fillable PDF for you to type into. (The application will require personal information and an essay portion.) Incomplete applications will not be considered.
How to Submit your Scholarship Application:
Once you have completed your Seasons FCU Scholarship Application, you can either:
- Email your completed scholarship and essay to: scholarships@seasonsfcu.org,
- Drop your completed scholarship off at any of our branch locations,
- Mail your completed scholarship to:

Please note that we request an unofficial high school transcript from the Registrar's office, in which you can drop it off at any of our branch locations or mail it in separately to the address above.
Application deadline was May 10, 2024.
After application deadline, a review committee will begin reviewing all of the applications. The applicants selected to be awarded one of the three scholarships will be notified.
