Credit Card Upgrade
We are pleased to share that Seasons FCU successfully transitioned to a new credit card processor this past weekend, enhancing the features and benefits of our Seasons FCU Visa® credit cards. As part of this upgrade, all current Seasons FCU Visa® credit cardholders received a new credit card.
Your new card comes with a number of great features we hope you’re enjoying!
- It’s contactless! You can insert, swipe, tap, or simply hold your card over a contactless-enabled terminal to complete a transaction.
- Vertical and Smooth! Your new card is vertical and smooth, designed without embossing for added security. Your name and card number are located on the back for additional privacy.
- MyCardInfo! You can now manage your credit card account through MyCardInfo within Online Banking. Make payments, view transaction history, access statements, report lost or stolen cards, enroll in eStatements, take advantage of balance transfers, manage card controls, set travel notifications, and more!
Accessing Your Card
You can now view and manage your credit card within Online Banking and MyCardInfo. Please note that you may need to confirm your email and click "Accept" before accessing your card information.
Thank you for your patience during this transition—we're excited for you to experience the new benefits!

- ACTIVATE your new card on 02/23/2025.
- SIGN the back of your card before using.

How will my Online and Mobile experiences be affected?
- You will continue to access your credit card through Online or Mobile Banking under the "Cards" section. Please note that the card management website will have a new look and feel, as it is now powered by our new processor.
- On Friday, February 21, your credit card will not be visible within Online Banking. This is because we need to remove the link to EZCard, which previously managed your credit card.
- Your new MyCardInfo (MCI) card management website will not be available until Wednesday, February 26. This delay ensures everything is properly set up and working within our systems.
- During this transition, there will be a temporary blackout period where you will not see your credit card in Online Banking. However, rest assured that your card will continue to work as normal for transactions on the backend.
When should I make my February credit card payment?
We encourage all members to make their February credit card payment before the due date of February 20, 2025. Payments can be made via a transfer within online banking or by mailing your payment to Seasons Federal Credit Union.
Do I need to notify merchants of my new card number?
Yes, if your card number may have changed, you will need to update your payment information with any merchants where you have recurring payments or saved payment methods, such as Amazon, PayPal, streaming services, and other subscription services. Additionally, be sure to update your card’s expiration date and CVV to avoid payment disruptions.
When will my old card expire?

Will the alerts I had set up in EZCard Info need to be re-enrolled?
Yes, alert preferences will need to be re-established in online banking after the conversion.
Will my digital wallet be affected?
Yes, your digital wallet will be temporarily unavailable for a few days during the transition. After that, you should be able to use your digital wallet as normal. However, the card artwork may take longer to update in the app stores, depending on their processing times.
We recommend using your physical credit card for a few days and then re-adding your new credit card to your digital wallet once everything is updated.
Will my automatic payments transfer to MyCardInfo?
No, any automatic payments set up through our previous credit card management platform, EZCard, will not transfer to MyCardInfo. If you had autopay enabled, you will need to re-enroll in autopay within MyCardInfo once your new credit card is active. Your payment due date will remain the same, but you must select your preferred autopay amount. If you do not re-enroll, your payments will not be automatically processed, which could result in missed payments or late fees.
Will my previous credit card statements transfer to the new platform?
No, statements from our previous credit card management platform will not transfer to MyCardInfo. We recommend that you download and save any past credit card statements from the previous platform before the transition to ensure you have access to your records.
Credit Card Rewards Program – FAQs
What is happening to my credit card rewards program?
With our upcoming credit card conversion on February 23, 2025, your rewards program will also be transitioning. Until April 20, 2025, you will continue to use Scorecard Rewards (www.scorecardrewards.com) to redeem your points. After that date, all rewards cardholders will use our new Amplifi Rewards program.
I have a credit card with rewards. Will my current reward points transfer over?
Yes, your current reward point totals will transfer; however, our new rewards program will not be available right away. You will continue to use www.scorecard.com until April 20, 2025, to view and redeem your points. After that date, your rewards will transition to our new Amplifi Rewards program.
Rest assured, your points will continue to accrue as normal during this transition. Once our new rewards program launches, you will be able to view and manage your rewards points within the card management program in Online and Mobile Banking.
Will I lose my existing rewards points?
No, there should be no interruption in your points. Your existing Scorecard Rewards points will transfer seamlessly to the new Amplifi Rewards program.
Will reward points accrue in the same way?
Yes, point accruals will continue without change.
Why do I see a zero-point balance when I log into my account?
If you log into MCI (MyCardInfo) and access the new rewards program before April 20, 2025, your points may show as zero temporarily. This is because your points will remain in Scorecard Rewards until they officially transfer to Amplifi Rewards on April 20, 2025. Rest assured, your points will carry over automatically.
Can I still redeem my points before the transition?
Yes! You can continue redeeming your points through Scorecard Rewards (www.scorecardrewards.com) until April 20, 2025. After that, redemptions will be available through Amplifi Rewards.
Will there be any changes to how I earn rewards?
No, you will continue earning rewards points as usual. Once the transition to Amplifi Rewards is complete, you will be able to redeem your points through the new program.
Do I need to do anything to transfer my points?
No action is required on your part. Your points will automatically transfer from Scorecard Rewards to Amplifi Rewards on April 20, 2025.
Will there be any delays in accessing my rewards points?
