This year marks our 90th anniversary, and we’re celebrating with a special in-person Annual Meeting of Members at the CNTR in Middletown! This event is an opportunity to hear from our Board of Directors and leadership team about our credit union’s financial position and future. Enjoy light refreshments, drinks, and prizes as we gather for this milestone.
Board of Directors Nominations
The Nominating Committee has selected candidates for the open Board of Directors position. If you are interested in being considered as a nominee, please contact us at meeting@seasonsfcu.org or call 860-346-6614 for more information. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor at the Annual Meeting.
Candidates for Board of Directors
Each member of the Seasons Federal Credit Union Board of Directors serves a 3-year term. Each year the Nominating Committee nominates candidates to fill expiring terms or vacant positions. For 2025, there is three (3) nominees to fit the three (3) available positions on the Board of Directors.
Scott Coleman has served on the Board of Directors for 16 years and he presently serves as a Director. He has been a resident of Old Lyme since 1998 and is currently employed at Pratt and Whitney since 2001.
Nicholas Cook has served on the Board of Directors for 14 years and he presently serves as a Director. He has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years and is currently Vice President of Engineering for a software company. He is active in the community and enjoys volunteering on multiple boards and advisory committees.
Meghann E. LaFountain presently serves as the Vice Chairwoman on the Board of Directors. She is the owner of LaFountain Immigration Law, LLC, in Middletown, CT and lives in Meriden, CT. She has been practicing immigration law for over nine years. She is Vice Chair of the CT Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Treasurer of the Middlesex County Bar Association, and Chair of the Middlesex County United Way Women’s Initiative.
